Welcome to Sinnamon's Bakery
Nestled in the heart of Dodge Center, MN, Sinnamon's Bakery was born from a simple love of baking and a desire to share that joy with our community. What started as baking with my Grandmother and mother, a cherished family tradition, baking for family and friends, has grown into something I am incredibly proud of. I am a registered cottage food producer and a Food Protection Manager. Mother of 5 and wife.

Every cookie, loaf, and treat that leaves my kitchen is made by hand using quality ingredients. I believe that the best baked goods come from real care — no shortcuts, no compromises. When you order from Sinnamon's, you're getting something made fresh, just for you. That is why I am a custom order only. Meaning you call or email with a request and I will do my best to create it for you!
Our Story
I grew up on a farm and working hard is something that we learned at a very young age. I would help my grandmother peel apples for baking fresh pies, and make the home made cake donuts. I carried this with me as my family grew and so did the potlucks at work and social functions. I started this as a hobby and then my Husband Caleb starting sharing my treats around town and then as popularity grew, well my products speak for themselves. I am inspired by creating something that you request and are pleased with! I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if I am not living up to that please let me know as we are all lifetime learners in this and this is how we grow! If I don't know that I have done something wrong, then I cannot fix it! I will tell you that I am not an artist and if you see it on Instagram and it is pretty and beautiful, I am probably not your gal! I focus on taste and texture
